Pricing/ Payment

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and is GST INCLUSIVE.

Payment is processed immediately upon online order check out. An email receipt will be emailed to you after your order has been delivered.

For Custom Orders that have been submitted via email, an invoice will be emailed to you. 

Cut- off times
Orders must be placed 72 hours before the event date.

Orders can be placed up to 60 days in advance. If you wish you secure your event date further in advance, please email us hello@goodcatering.com.au

Same Day Orders

Our website will not allow for same day orders however, if you have an urgent request for same day catering, please call us and see if we can fit you in 0422 932 600.  

Minimum Orders

No Minimum spend per online order, however minimum order quantities may apply to individual items listed herein (i.e. Yoghurt Pots)

Modifying Orders, Cancellations & Refunds

By placing an order with us, you are making an offer to enter into an agreement to purchase the products in that order. 

Orders will be deemed received by us at the time and you will receive an order confirmation via your nominated email address. It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct email address and contact details are entered with your order. By placing your order, you will be bound by these terms. 

To modify orders, please contact us via email at hello@goodcatering.com.au  no later than 72 hours prior to your event. 

In the case of cancellations notified 20 days or more, we will refund the full amount paid. 

In the case of cancellations notified between 4 and 19 days, we will retain the full amount paid and will issue a credit note to be used within 12 months. 

In the case of cancellations notified 3 days or less notice, we will retain the full amount paid. 

Please note, these policies do not change due to COVID restrictions. 

Dietary Requirements

We can accommodate most special dietary requirements an additional cost but do need to be given advance warning. All dietary requirements are to be provided in writing prior to your catering event day and is not confirmed until Good Catering has advised if it can be accommodated / additional cost confirmed. All dietary specific items will be plated separately and labelled accordingly.

Pick Up

All orders are to be picked up from HAM Cronulla, at the nominated time during ordering.
3/17 Gerrale St, Cronulla NSW 2230. Pick up will be available Monday- Sunday, 6:00am- 6:00pm.

Deliveries

Please email us if you would like to arrange delivery and we will see if this can be facilitated. Note, that delivery will incur an additional cost.

Presentation

Catering will be delivered in catering carboard boxes. If you prefer catering to be presented on platters you must be specify when you order in the notes. We request platters to be delivered two days prior to your event.
